1. Introduction

RLXAI ROBOLABSAI (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, assigns, and subsidiaries ("Robolabs AI", "We" or "Us" or "Our") is engaged in the business of providing artificial intelligence solutions, platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software over the internet to its users ("You" or "Your"). By registering as a member of Robolabs AI, You gain access to services and functionalities that We may establish and maintain at Our sole discretion. If You register on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity ("Entity"), (a) "You" includes both the individual registering and the Entity; and (b) You represent and warrant that You have the authority to bind the Entity to these Terms and that You hereby exercise such authority. These Terms constitute an agreement between the Website and You, governing Your use of Our services, website, and software. By accessing or using the services, You accept these Terms, Our Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies provided on Our Website. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act") and does not require physical or digital signatures.

2. Eligibility

Only individuals capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 ("1872 Act"), may use Our services. Persons deemed incompetent to contract, including minors under the age of 18, are prohibited from accessing or using Our services unless their legal guardian or parent registers on their behalf. Users previously barred by Robolabs AI are not eligible to use the services.

3. Membership

Using another user's membership without permission is strictly prohibited. While registering, You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of Your account credentials. Notify Us immediately of any unauthorized account activity. Robolabs AI reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or impose limits on services without prior notice. Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination. Users are responsible for their interactions with others. Robolabs AI is not liable for disputes arising from such interactions.

3.3 Self-Hosted Usage

If You host Robolabs AI software or services on Your own servers, You are solely responsible for securing, maintaining, and monitoring such servers. Robolabs AI disclaims liability for data breaches, alterations, or loss resulting from self-hosted usage.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Our website or services for: - Any unlawful purpose - Violating intellectual property rights - Submitting false or misleading information - Harassment or discrimination - Uploading malicious code or spam - Collecting personal data without consent - Any other activities that violate local or international laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaging in prohibited uses.

5. User Content

5.1 Definition and Ownership

User content refers to data You upload or share on Our platform. Robolabs AI does not claim ownership of User content. By sharing content, You grant Us a license to use it for providing services.
